Overview
Zymm.ai is an intelligent job automation platform that uses AI, deep learning, and automation tools to find, fill, and submit job applications on behalf of users. This release introduces the complete core experience — from account setup and verification to automated job application submission, resume creation, and integrated messaging.

🔐 1. Authentication & Onboarding
Pages: Login | Sign Up | 2FA Setup | Subscription Enforcement
What’s New:
• Secure login and signup with email + phone verification.
• Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) via text or authenticator app.
• Automatic access blocking after 2 hours if payment verification fails.
Instructions:
1. Go to Zymm.ai/login.
2. Enter your credentials or click Sign Up to create a new account.
3. Complete both email and text verification.
4. Follow on-screen prompts to enable 2FA.
5. If payment is pending, the app will prompt you to complete setup before proceeding.
📊 2. Overview Page
Purpose: See your job application performance and AI activity at a glance.
What’s New:
• Dashboard view for all active and completed job applications.
• Real-time analytics: jobs applied, success rate, and pending responses.
• Quick-access buttons to apply for more jobs or edit your preferences.
Instructions:
1. Navigate to the Overview tab.
2. Review your daily/weekly job metrics.
3. Click Apply Jobs to start a new automated application session.
4. Use Filters to view by platform (Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.).
💼 3. Apply Popup
Purpose: Instantly trigger the AI to start applying for jobs.
What’s New:
• Smart input for job title and location.
• Backend automation through Playwright, Selenium, and OpenCV integration.
• Pulls pre-saved answers from your personal database.
Instructions:
1. Click Apply Jobs from the Overview.
2. Enter your desired job title (e.g., “Software Engineer”) and location.
3. Hit Start Applying — Zymm will automatically begin applying across multiple job boards.
4. Track live progress from the Applications page.
📂 4. Applications Page
Purpose: View all jobs your AI has applied to and their current status.
What’s New:
• Comprehensive table showing job title, company, date, and result.
• Export applications to PDF for personal record-keeping.
• AI tags duplicates and auto-archives old listings.
Instructions:
1. Click the Applications tab.
2. Filter by date, status, or job board.
3. Click Export PDF to download your report.
4. Hover over any row to view full application details.

Purpose: Manage communications from job platforms within Zymm.
What’s New:
• Centralized inbox for all messages scraped from job boards.
• Smart categorization by sender (e.g., Recruiter, HR, System).
• Quick-reply AI assistant.
Instructions:
1. Open the Messenger tab.
2. View all received messages in one place.
3. Click any thread to open the conversation.
4. Use AI Reply to generate a professional response instantly.

Purpose: Access and manage your Gmail directly in the app.
What’s New:
• Secure OAuth-based Gmail integration.
• Filters for interview emails, recruiter outreach, and confirmations.
• AI-powered email summarization.
Instructions:
1. Open Email from the sidebar.
2. Connect your Gmail account (one-time OAuth).
3. Browse or search through your inbox.
4. Use Summarize Email to get quick highlights.

Purpose: Keep track of upcoming interviews, deadlines, and events.
What’s New:
• Calendar sync with Google Calendar.
• Automatic reminders via SMS (using Pytest automation).
• Add notes or follow-up actions.
Instructions:
1. Click the Calendar tab.
2. Add new entries manually or sync with Gmail invites.
3. Enable SMS reminders in Settings.
4. Hover over any date for details.

Purpose: Manage and reuse your job application answers.
What’s New:
• CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) database for saved responses.
• Dynamic tagging by topic (e.g., “Teamwork,” “Work Ethic”).
• Integrated with the Apply Popup autofill engine.
Instructions:
1. Go to Questions Hub.
2. Add a new question-answer pair.
3. Edit or delete existing entries.
4. Your responses are auto-used in future job forms.

Purpose: Build and customize professional resumes with AI.
What’s New:
• AI-powered resume generation from your profile data.
• Multiple modern templates and export options (PDF, DOCX).
• Editable sections for skills, experience, and education.
Instructions:
1. Navigate to Resume Builder.
2. Fill out or import your details.
3. Choose a template design.
4. Click Generate Resume or Download to export your final version

Purpose: Instantly create personalized cover letters.
What’s New:
• Context-aware AI that references job title and company name.
• Editable output with live tone adjustments (formal, confident, casual).
• Export as PDF or attach directly to job applications.
Instructions:
1. Open Cover Letter Builder.
2. Input your job title and company.
3. Click Generate Cover Letter.
4. Review, edit, and save or export.
⚙️ 11. Settings & Subscription
Purpose: Manage your account, payment, and security settings.
What’s New:
• Modify Stripe subscription, billing, and payment methods.
• Update password with 2FA.
• Enable/disable AI recommendations or notifications.
Instructions:
1. Click Settings.
2. Select Billing or Account tabs as needed.
3. Make updates and save changes.
4. Review Subscription Status at any time.
🔗 12. Browser Extension (Beta)
Purpose: Sync your Zymm data with job boards in real time.
What’s New:
• Auto-login and progress sync from Chrome extension.
• Saves applied jobs and scraped messages back to your Zymm account.
Instructions:
1. Install the Zymm.ai Chrome Extension (Beta).
2. Log in using your Zymm credentials.
3. Open any job board — your AI will detect and sync application progress.
